INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

PLEASE NOTE-

Your Safety is Our Primary concern.

• If public schools in ALBEMARLE COUNTY–OR- the COUNTY/CITY in which you live are closed due to severe weather, you MAY cancel without a late cancellation fee.
• You may also keep your appointment.
• If, for any reason, there is a problem that requires that I cancel an appointment, I will call you. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT I HAVE CURRENT CONTACT INFORMATION ON HAND SO THAT I MAY CONTACT YOU.
• Please CALL if you are not going to make any appointment ASAP so that we can reschedule. This will also allow other clients who wish to have/make an appointment the opportunity to use that time. NOTE: There is a Late Cancelation Fee for appointments cancelled within the 24 hours window (unless due to Inclement Weather).
• If you are unsure, it is always appropriate for clients to contact our office to discuss any questions or concerns.
